1. The service

GraceMelody creates custom songs from the brief you provide. We use a combination of human songwriters and AI music technology. Each song is unique and made for the recipient you describe.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of your story and any text you submit. By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to process it for the purpose of creating your song. You confirm you have the right to share the content you submit.

3. Your rights to the song

Upon delivery you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to play, share, and use your song for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. weddings, birthdays, gifts). For commercial use please contact us.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full details. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
• No content involving minors in inappropriate ways.
• No impersonation or misuse of someone else's identity.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid for the affected order.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
