You can request a full refund within 60 days of delivery, for any reason. Email refunds@grace-melody.com with your order ID and we'll process it within 5 business days.

How refunds work

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Express delivery and other paid upgrades are also refundable.
• Once refunded, your access to the delivered song is revoked.

Revisions

Before requesting a refund, consider asking for a revision. We can adjust lyrics, voice, or feel — and most customers love the second pass.
