What we collect
- Order details: recipient name, occasion, story, music preferences, email address.
- Payment metadata from our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage analytics: pageviews, basic device info, marketing pixel events.
How we use it
- To create and deliver your song.
- To send you the link to your song and any revisions you request.
- To improve our service and understand which marketing channels work.
Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors needed to run the service (Stripe, our song generation provider, our email provider). They are bound by confidentiality.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time. Email privacy@grace-melody.com.
Cookies
We use cookies for authentication, basic analytics, and marketing attribution. You can disable them in your browser; some features may stop working.
Retention
We retain order data and audio for 24 months by default so you can re-download your song. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
